Presentation of CEI

Círculo de Estudios Indoeuropeos (Circle of Indo-European Studies) is a national-socialist organization, legally registered in 1999 as a cultural movement. The organization looks like a continuation of the disappeared CEDADE.

The flag of CEI is in "neo-Nazi style", made of a red field charged with a central white disc with a black emblem. The emblem emblem is composed of the joined letters "H" and "A" for "Hereditas Ambitusque," Latin for "Inheritance and Scope" (that is, "Blood and Land"; German, "Blut und Boden").
Interestingly, the "HA" monogram can be produced subtractively out of a sun wheel, another favorite neo-Nazi symbol.

CEDADE (Spanish Circle of the Friends of Europe), founded in 1966 and formally disbanded in 1993, was probably the first modern European neo-Nazi organization.
The official flag of CEDADE was all red with a golden realistic eagle, holding a yoke in its claws and with a golden torch behind it.
